Verified buyer support. This page explains the same mod ZIP and World Editor flow used by ECNG asset packs.
Install the supplied mod ZIP
ECNG packs are delivered as standard BeamNG mod archives. Keep the main archive intact so the game can read its expected folder structure.
Download the correct file
Use the product download supplied after checkout. If several files are offered, choose the BeamNG mod ZIP rather than a preview image or licence document.
Keep the archive compressed
Do not extract the main mod ZIP unless the product instructions explicitly tell you to. Extracting or nesting it inside another folder is a common reason assets fail to load.
Move it into the active user folder
Place the ZIP in the mods directory belonging to the user folder used by your current BeamNG installation. Then open Mod Manager and confirm that the pack is enabled without an error.
Find and place the assets
Once the pack is enabled, load the level you want to edit and open World Editor. Work with one clean test object before building a complete scene.
Search by the product asset name
Open Asset Browser and search for the names shown on the ECNG product page. Those names are more reliable than browsing a large object library manually.
Start at the default scale
Drag one object into a clear area and begin at scale 1 / 1 / 1. Position and rotate it first; only resize it when the scene genuinely requires a different proportion.
Test before duplicating
Drive over, through or into the object once to verify its surface and collision. Duplicate it only after the clean test behaves as expected.
Fix missing objects or collision
Most issues come from the wrong user folder, a disabled archive, a stale cache or a conflict with another mod—not from the placed object itself.
Verify the active mod
Check that the correct archive is present once, enabled and not nested inside another ZIP. Restart the level after changing the installed file.
Test a fresh object
Delete the test copy and place a new one in an empty area at default scale. This separates an installation problem from a saved scene transformation.
Clear cache and isolate conflicts
Use BeamNG’s cache tools and temporarily disable unrelated mods. If the issue remains, send ECNG the product name, BeamNG version, screenshot and the steps you already tried.
